Enatis supports the largest real-estate merger in French-speaking Switzerland

2016 ends with the close of an interesting challenge that Enatis actively supported throughout the year: the integration of the newly merged companies Foncia and Domicim, creating the largest real-estate agency in French-speaking Switzerland.

On the one hand, Mr Roberto Bonuccelli took on the role of IT Director (CIO) on an interim basis, reorganising the department, setting the 2016 objectives and priorities, and leading the department and its projects throughout the year.

On the other hand, Mr Philippe Lorenz was tasked with leading the strategic post-merger integration project of the new company. In this capacity, together with the executive committee and business managers, the merger-related projects were identified, defined, planned and implemented.

In the course of these mandates, Enatis also supported the directors and business experts in their reorganisation and consolidation challenges, both at the level of strategic options and business processes, and in the selection and implementation of common management tools.
