Philippe Lorenz founded Enatis Solutions in 2011. He is a “Business Architect”: an entrepreneur at heart and an expert in complex project management, strategic alignment and operational efficiency. He has more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive in listed and private companies, both multinationals and start-ups.
His expertise covers services as well as the machinery, security, energy and electronics industries. Philippe Lorenz has been responsible for development, production and global logistics operations for multinational companies, and has excelled at leading strategic and complex projects.
At a listed international company, Philippe Lorenz designed and launched new products on the market and developed the supply chain to support strong demand. At another, he took full responsibility for global machine production during a serious market crisis. In a spin-off of another multinational, he set up the global Project Management Office before creating and developing operations for the whole world. For start-ups that he either founded or actively helped to found, he designed, created and deployed the company’s operations.
His entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, strategic vision and ability to implement change pragmatically while motivating all stakeholders were key success factors in developing companies through their critical phases.
Philippe Lorenz is a member of the Académie des Administrateurs and actively collaborates with the alumni associations of EPFL and IMD, where he regularly serves as a jury member. He is also a judge and mentor at the start-up accelerator MassChallenge. A Swiss citizen, his native languages are French and German, and he speaks English fluently. He holds an engineering degree in microtechnology from EPFL as well as an MBA from IMD.
